new job jitter

hey,guys, finally I landed a receptionist position in a law office. Though the salaries are much better than my former jobs, but the job is really hard for me, especially answering the phone and all other filling, copying, faxing stuff like that. anybody ever worked as a front-counter receptionist, please give me some tips, I really appreciate it!!!
