It’s always nice to do what you want. If you want to learn the guitar, no one will stop you from going for it. If you suppose that you are a skilled sailor, feel free to sail around the world. Just watch out for sharks, and don’t sink. If you see someone in a large crowd of people and you think they look familiar, feel free to talk to them. It would be sad if you missed out on reuniting with an old friend.

When you are told to feel free, this means that you have permission to do something. Sometimes, that permission comes from your parents. They might tell you to feel free to go to a party. Maybe, that permission comes from your friend when they tell you to feel free to bring them a coffee.

Andy finds himself at the river, all alone. Do you think he feels free to go floating by himself? Watch and find out.

Kelsey:  Well, I’m going for it. How about you?

Dominique:  I suppose so. Maybe, I should try Andy one last time.

Kelsey:  You can feel free to. I think we waited long enough. Cooler or no cooler, I want to float!

Andy_H:  Hello? Dominique? Hello? Oh, no! Oh, this is all too familiar. Am I dreaming again? Well, I might as well go for it. I hope I don’t sink this time.

Kelsey:  Is that Andy?

Dominique:  Andy?

Kelsey:  No, out in the river!

Dominique:  Oh, yeah. Andy!

Kelsey:  Andy!

Andy_H:  Hey! I found you guys! It’s hard to come in.

Dominique:  Feel free to stay there. We are coming in.

Andy_H:  Hey, this isn’t a dream again, is it?

Kelsey:  What?

Andy_H:  Can I tell you about my dream?

Kelsey:  Fine, feel free.

Andy_H:  Cool! It was a recurring dream where I kept being late.

Dominique:   You are late!

Andy_H:  Well, I know, but every time I came out here, something crazy happened. Like, the first time, I forgot to put on sunscreen.

Kelsey:  I don’t know if that sounds crazy to me.

Andy_H:  And then every time ended with my tube deflating and sinking.

Kelsey:  Andy… I think it is deflating!

Andy_H:  Oh, my gosh!

Dominique:  Yeah, watch out! It totally is deflating.

Andy_H:  It is!!! Ahhh! This is a dream! Ahhh!

Dominique:  Sorry, Andy! That is funny.

Andy_H:  I’m still here! It’s not a dream!

Kelsey:  Are you sure?

Kelsey decides that it’s time to go floating. They have waited for Andy long enough. Andy arrives at the river, but can’t find anyone. He thinks there is something very familiar about all this. He decides to go for it, and tosses his float in the water. He hopes he doesn’t sink!

Kelsey sees Andy floating in the river. He is pretty excited that he found them, and tries to paddle back to shore. Dominique tells him to feel free to stay in the river, but Andy is worried that he’s having another dream. His tube starts deflating and sinking, just like in his dream! But, this time, he doesn’t wake up. He’s pretty sure it’s not a dream…or is it?

Do you think Andy feels free to make his own choices? Or do you think he feels trapped in his dream?

I think the river episode is recurring. I guess that Andy is trapped in his dream, or he always having a similar dream, with its tube deflating and sinking. At the end of the video we can hear a phone ringing so maybe it is a signal of a new dream! Andy isn’t feeling free for sure!

I think Andy may feel trapped in his dream again because everything happening is familiar to him. He arrives at a river without seeing any of his friends and he starts playing boating all by himself and suddenly his tube deflates and sinks. This secene has happened so many times in Andy’s dreams that he could hardly tell whether it is still dream or real.
