Positivity  in having a fast-paced life includes things get done faster, leaving us more time to indulge ourselves doing what we like.

However, let’s take time out to give this fast-paced living some thoughts. Have we forgotten to put on that smile for the people in the long queue? How about approaching that person in the wheel chair to ask if one can be of any assistance? Pluck a flower from the garden bed, stick that to on mum’s hair. Let’s not forget to hug daddy too.
