Zach: Does it suck not being able to enjoy the, the party? Or do you…?
Joe: Nah, cause it’s, it’s kind of party behind the turntables because I get to watch everything unfold, you know. I get to watch people as they come in all, you know, nice, and they have all their nice clothes on, and then progressively as we get close to twelve o’clock they start to unravel.
Zach: (Laughs) They get, they get sloppier and sloppier?
Joe: Yup, yup.
Zach: Yeah. So what’s on the, uh, playlist this year?
Joe: Oh boy. Um… I’m going to start off playing a lot of 70’s and 80’s music, a lotta, you know, like Prince, and Confunction, Brass Construction, Commodores, Tina Marie, Rick James, you know – all that, and then kinda progressively just bring it up to the, to the now, present, with Tupac and Snoop Dogg and Jennifer Lopez.
